Email To Alex Jone…

Hey, Alex Jones owes an apology to Bertrand Russell…FOR THE MISQUOTE on his “The Alex Jones Show” on 9/11/2013. It’s like this, Alex Jones quoted Bertrand Russell correctly, but Bertrand Russell was BEING COMPLETELY SARCASTIC AND THEREFORE MEANT THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT WAS QUOTED.

Judge for yourself…here is the full quote:

“I do not pretend that birth control is the only way in which population can be kept from increasing. There are others, which, one must suppose, opponents of birth control would prefer. War, as I remarked a moment ago, has hitherto been disappointing in this respect, but perhaps bacteriological war may prove more effective. If a Black Death could be spread throughout the world once in every generation survivors could procreate freely without making the world too full.”

IN OTHER WORDS, Bertrand Russell is jokingly/sarcastically saying like, hey, if you don’t go for birth control, there’s always these options – war, the black death, etc. If anybody should understand sarcasm, it’s Alex Jones .

This judgement that the quote was meant only sarcastically is borne out on these 2 websites, (both are brief):

1. http://kjos1.securesites.net/Quotes/fascism/Bertrand%20Russell.htm only the 1st paragraph,

2. http://bloghumanbeingsfirst.wordpress.com/category/if-a-black-death-could-be-spread-throughout-the-world-once-in-every-generation-survivors-could-procreate-freely-without-making-the-world-too-full/
